Terms of Use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
By using the ImgHaul website or Chrome extension ("ImgHaul") you agree to these terms.
Images belong to their owners
ImgHaul is a tool that finds images that a web page already shows. It doesn't give you any rights to those images. You are responsible for having permission to download and use them — for example, your own content, images with an open license, or uses allowed by law. Don't use ImgHaul to infringe copyright or other rights.
Fair use of the service
- Don't use ImgHaul against a website's terms, including social networks, which don't allow bulk downloading.
- Don't send automated or bulk requests to our website, try to bypass its limits, or use it to reach private networks.
- We may limit or block access that harms the service or other people.
No warranty
ImgHaul is provided "as is". Websites change, and some images may not be found or downloaded. We don't guarantee that ImgHaul will always work or find every image.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use downloaded images.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Using ImgHaul after a change means you accept the new terms.
